Since we first started providing showers in Birmingham in April 2024, we have been supported by Johnsons Hotel Linen who, every week, swap our dirty towels for clean ones – completely free of charge .
On Tuesday 22nd July 2025 two representatives of Johnsons visited the ShowerBox Team in Birmingham to see their towels in action. Fahimah Islam and Jakob Skonieczny are pictured with Paul Taylor, Bruce Loudon and Don Russell of ShowerBox Brum. Fahimah told them how impressed she was with the set up in Birmingham, and that it was great for Johnsons to be able to offer ongoing support to a Birmingham based service. The ShowerBox team were very keen to express their thanks to Fahimah, Jakob, and everyone at Johnsons for the unbeatable service they provide. There’s nothing quite like hotel standard towels when you’ve come out of a hot shower.
